TEACHING ARTIST, April 2022-Present
• Taught children creative drama from ages 8 months to 9 years old. Directed and created showcase performances during summer camp with an emphasis of process over product. Assisted with workshops and created sensory stations during toddler takeover event.
Birmingham Children's Theatre, Birmingham, Alabama
Teaching Artist, September-November 2021
• Taught 3-7 year old's in imagination party class, developed curriculum, choreographed dance, and wrote sharing story. Students cultivated their actor tools and learned about the importance of story.
Shades Cahaba Elementary School, Homewood, Alabama

• Taught 4th grade integrated arts lessons combing the arts & social studies. In this class students learned various history from 1920's Alabama. Lesson plans were created from using state standards.

• Taught 2nd & 3rd grade drama club. Created curriculum for the development of body, voice, and imagination. Students cultivated their actor tools and learned basic vocabulary through movement and ensemble story based activities.

• Taught a puppetry workshop through zoom. Through multiple sessions students had the opportunity to create their own puppet, play through world building, and were guided through a creative story book experience.

• Co-Taught a 6th grade after school drama club. In this class students worked on building their ensemble skills and confidence through games and collaboration.
